Terraria CAFE' Station & Slow BAR Koh Mak

Great little café, with nice decor and a warm atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went there a couple of time during my stay in beautiful Koh Mak. I had avocado toast with scrambled eggs, passionfruit soda, coffee latte, and coconut ice cream with mango. All of it was very tasty and nicely garnished. I highly recommend this place and would go again.

The vibe is super chill and relaxing , just the right kind of laid-back. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming , making you feel at ease. The coffee’s bold and tasty , paired with some seriously good homemade baked treats . You’ve got to try their homemade bun with that cool, creamy filling – it’s a total win . People complaining about a long wait for their food or drinks should head to Starbucks in a bustling city – not here, where the slow, chill, no-rush island pace is the whole point ⏳. We’re definitely coming back, probably every day while we’re chilling on the island!

Wonderful attention to detail, both in food and interior design. Coffee was strong with a distinct taste. Delicious coconut ice cream in affogato. Great that plant milk was available. We were grateful that they agreed to prepare vegetarian breakfast set, which wasn't on the menu. Chess were on the tables for entertainment. Also it's a plus that it opens early if you are hungry for breakfast. Price was a bit higher then average on the island but so was the standard. Definitely worth it.

It is an incredible spot on Koh Mak, run by Dean and Kara, who bring their warmth and charm to everything they do. The food here is outstanding. I strongly recommend trying the Japanese cream-filled brioche, it’s a specialty inspired by Dean’s roots and absolutely delicious. We came back several times because everything was perfect: the coffee, the drinks, the food and the cozy atmosphere. It’s the ideal place to start your day, enjoy a relaxed brunch or work. If you’re on Koh Mak, don’t miss Terraria Café. It’s worth every visit!

Deliciously rich dark chocolate ice cream , good iced matcha latte. Pretty decor, nice cafe ambience with relaxing jazz music. Decent WiFi. Good value for area and high quality. Seating overlooking main road. Wish there could be more comfortable seats (chairs with backs and armrests vs stools ) otherwise very lovely.

You can tell everything here is done with care, from the beautifully presented dishes to the excellent coffee that rivals any city café. I stopped by for a late brunch and was genuinely impressed. The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, and the cold brew was smooth and perfectly balanced. Service was warm and attentive without being overbearing — you get the sense that the staff truly love what they do. It’s the kind of place you come for a coffee and end up staying much longer than planned. If you’re looking for a touch of elegance on Koh Mak without losing the island vibe, this spot is a must-visit.

This is one of the best Café from Koh Mak. Absolutely recommended to try the Hokkaido bun. Coffee taste perfectly – because it’s „real“ coffee. They roasting there own coffee bean - you can even buy it. Many different "special" things to choose for breakfast. The Thai tea taste as well very good and the barista guy (nick name: rabbit moon) make it very well .

Very nice place, but the food is not worth the money. I ordered avocado toast, they brought two small pieces of bread with a thin layer of avocado paste spread on it and 3 cherry tomatoes! And with all this, I waited for my order for 15 minutes. I didn't even take a photo of this toast. The drinks are not bad .
